1. Use of the website

All content on this site is for general information only. Product prices, specifications, and cost estimates (including results from our calculators) are approximate and may change. Always confirm details with the manufacturer or seller before buying.

2. HomeTech Article Writer (free tool)

New users can generate up to 2 free articles.
Daily capacity is limited. When the limit is reached, requests are queued and processed the next day in order.
Articles are generated by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for checking facts and editing the content before you use it.
The tool only accepts topics in our niches: Smart Home, Home Security, Smart Energy, Smart Garden, Home Decor, DIY, Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, and Furniture.
We may limit, suspend, or block any account that abuses the tool, for example by using multiple emails to get extra free articles.

3. Guest posts and publishing

Writing an article with our tool is free. Publishing on TechHomeJournal costs a fixed fee of $80 per article.
Using the tool does not guarantee publication. Every article must be reviewed and approved by our admin before it is published.
We may edit articles for quality, accuracy, formatting, and SEO before publishing.
All paid and guest articles are labeled “Sponsored” or “Guest Post”, and their outbound links carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, in line with search engine guidelines.
The number and type of links allowed in each article is decided by our editorial team.

4. Prohibited content

We do not accept content or links related to casino, gambling, betting, loans, payday lending, crypto, adult content, CBD, drugs, weapons, hacking, or anything illegal, misleading, or unrelated to our niches.

5. Payments and refunds

Payment is requested only after our admin approves your article.
If we reject an article before payment, you are not charged.
Once an article is published, the fee is non-refundable.

6. Content ownership

You keep the rights to content you submit. By submitting an article for publication, you give TechHomeJournal permission to publish, edit, and display it on our website. You confirm that the content is original and does not violate anyone else’s rights.

7. Affiliate links

Some of our articles contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

8. Limitation of liability

TechHomeJournal is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from using information, estimates, tools, or AI-generated content on this site. We do not guarantee any search engine ranking or traffic from published articles.
